hell yea it’s probably great for the mental part. I’ve heard that most ppl just freeze up when they get hit for the first time. Which sounds incredibly dangerous. I’ve never been in one fortunately but I think being able to handle taking a few punches is one of the most valuable skills to have in most real self defense situations

combat training sounds like a great thing to have. I’d definitely find it nerve-wrecking too but it’s probably great experience to have. Is the training structured with specific exercises or do you just spar with full contact hits?

Driver's license that's awesome! Have u started practice driving yet? I haven't but I should. I've never been super into cars so I haven't been crazy motivated but it would be fantastic to be able to give my friends a ride for once and not just the opposite. I might start practice driving this summer as well

yea it's a real shame. It always feel like watching a car crash happen in slow motion. I read up a bit on the Shia case and it seems like he's in some weird limbo between denying the charges and taking responsiblity for them. Apparently they're gonna get more of his previous exes as witnesses so depending on what we hear from them he might be pretty damn screwed. Maybe it's for the best for him as well. It's no secret the dude's has problems with alcohol and the like. Just sad that he couldn't sort himself out first and had to let those close to him get hurt.
