im so scared now

OKAY IM SO HECKING SCARED--- so umm..
heres the story
i downloaded stuff, and something just kinda bugged and whenever i go to an random user's page..the song will never stop loading and i cant listen to music on my laptop. its like my laptop went deaf and cant hear anything.. i was so sad.. and i just deleted some i didn't liked and when i was deleting them, my os started to freeze and automaticlly boot up. in that part. I FROZE. i was so scared. i was literally shivering. so much and the deaf glitch is still here on my computer! i was angry, and sad, at the same time. like i am so sad i cannot listen to anything on my computer anymore. and i am mad about this glitch. i wanna contact them, but i dont have a microsoft account! i broke down. start to have an raincloud up on my head, rain many teardrops down my head. theres also rain chaos outside in my place, so i cant go anywhere untill everything now drys up from the sun. and i still wanna fix this glitch on my laptop. does anybody also got this too? how do i fix this? i also wont be online for 2 days while this fixes. if it still didn't got fixed, i will apparently, have an less good day. like an REALLY REALLY less good day. i really need some help to fix this glitch. if anybody knows how to fix it, tell me! oh and my speaker is also really laggy now, when i try to make the volume down or up, it will go into: VOLUME.EXE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING. also need some help for that. holy god im so scared
