I am Melly Plinius, a prestiged entomologist. I am very dedicated to my research and may document it here. I am especially interested in the Pterygota subclass of insects, and they are the primary subject of my research. I will not disclose any information about my goals and how they are affiliated with my research, so don't bother asking.

Reading a multitude of books is one way to educate yourself, they possess an abundant amount of knowledge. However, I think the best way to learn is to venture into the wilderness. Of course I read books, they are a mandatory part of my research, however I learn and discover more from finding bugs in the wilderness than I do reading about them in books. Just a suggestion.

In my spare time I quite like to collect honey, bake, do some gardening and collect a variety of herbs and spices (and then store them). Despite having a strong liking towards insects, I'm also amused by smaller critters, they are much more amusing than people and make even better company.
