Ok i saw you needed help do ima summarize some sites I went to in oder to customize your page! I don't know much, either, so bare with me.
I used w3schools.com for certain tutorials and tips for GIF and picture backgrounds! I also highly recommend watching the tutorial video on the CSS editing page. However, i'm pretty sure that @XxEmo_BitchxX has templates if you wanna use them to start out! I hope this helped! - Alisa (∩˃o˂∩)♡
