Day 1
Write "I am beautiful" on your hand or paper.
Day 2
Think about yourself, your friends and your family.
Day 3
Listen to some relaxing music and go to bed early.
Day 4
Take a bubble bath and play with bubbles / Take a relaxing shower / Lounge in a hot tub
Day 5
Draw a heart on your hand if you think your life is worth it. If not, "punish" yourself by going to bed early.
Day 6
Watch satisfying/relaxing videos.
Day 7
Do something that makes you happy
Day 8
Have some dessert after a meal.
Day 9
Spend an hour outside watching the clouds
Day 10
Write "I am worth it" on a piece of paper until you believe it.
Day 11
Stay up late doing whatever you want; eating, drawing, watching movies, etc.
Day 12
Smile at yourself and make silly faces in a mirror. / Take a day to relax and have fun.
Day 13
Give somebody a good, long hug.
Day 14
Go to the mall or online shop, you don't need to buy anything.
Day 15
Wake up early to watch the sun rise.
Day 16
Do your best on everything you do.
Day 17
Tell your family members you love them and give them a hug.

Doodle hearts on your hand or on paper.

Spend time with friends or family and take some time to meditate

Repeat the previous days and be kind to yourself and others.

Day 2

Aaron makes me quite happy, at whatever time, I genuinely love spending time with him! Same with Skylar, Skylar makes me smile a lot, with our stupid RPs and other weird ideas we've gotten! My brother (Luci) is wonderful too, he keeps me sane during quarantine along with our mother, he's fun to be around and well- I piss him off and it's fun to see his reactions! I like to think I'm cool and funny I guess? People keep saying I act like a mom friend (W H I C H I D O N O T ) so I guess I like that abut myself!
Day 3
Listen to some relaxing music and go to bed early.
I listened to K-Pop again, but I did not go to bed early- I did sleep in a way I was proud of myself though? I set an alarm and I woke up perfectly when it rang and I'm glad I did! I fell asleep at around 10AM so of course that is obviously not the right type of early. I listened to K-Pop (Quite relaxing to listen to something I used to be very into) and listened to songs from bands I enjoyed (Sticky Fingers, AC/DC, etc etc) and overall it as a nice day to be honest!
Day 4

I've already taken a shower when I woke up so this day was quite easy! The "i'm beautiful <3" thing I wrong on my hand has still not rubbed off and I think it'll be staying there for a while to be completely honest.

Watch satisfying/relaxing videos.
Cooking Tree has wonderful videos, and I am relaxed INSTANTLY! I recommend their videos for satisfaction or just entertainment,
Day 7

I played Sims 4, so that counts.
