hello hi, I'm Roy and I have ADHD and a pretty troublesome time concentrating on a certain thing, I've been trying to shift to the DSMP but have been having a tough time getting there. I use the "I AM" method as it's easiest for me, but if you know possibly easier/simpler methods and or ways to shift please lmk. It would be greatly appreciated <3
