Have you eating at all? Even if itโs just a little bit of food thatโs great! If you havenโt really eaten anything then you should eat something small like some cereal or a piece of apple.โบ๏ธ
Have you taking a shower today? Itโs alright if you havenโt many people who feel down donโt take a shower cause they feel unmotivated to get up out of bed when you have the time you should just take a sip of water to help to refresh your on the inside and in you can take a shower the next time you feel motivated and or happy/alright. โบ๏ธ
Have you gotten up at bed? If you havenโt thatโs 100% find no one has the right to rush you to get out of bed especially when you arenโt doing alright. When you ready to get out of bed then you will. โบ๏ธ
