Today Im going to be talking about something called "Phantom Phases", since it has a meaning I would like to share with you all, ghost kids and living kids alike.

If it's not just my username, then.. what are.. "Phantom Phases?"

"Phantom Phases" is a term that can be used to describe the feelings of not being in your body, disconnected from the world and from others that have harsh judgments, leaving behind your real life for that of a ghost-like persona temporarily through the access of the internet voluntarily.

"I'm going through the 'Phantom Phases'"

This term is not meant to be taken in a negative way, and is not in any way shape or form to be confused with symptoms of Disassociation as this withdrawal from "real life" is a decision actively made and can be unmade at any time.

Im really bad at explaining things, so Ill probably go back and edit this to how I see fit-
