I think I have revised one of the most elaborated ad segway in the history of television. So here is hoe it goes:
It seems like a normal episode in one of those Japanese comedy talkshows and a professional comedian arrives on stage. He greets everyone, then proceeds to tell a joke and to the suprise of many, no one laughs. Not even a single sound occurs, silence takes over. Then he proceeds to tell another joke. No one laughs that time again, and then he proceeds to tell the 3rd joke.
And with that single joke, he makes everyone laugh like crazy. The host goes haywire the cameramen and the whole staff just cannot resist. Then the unexpected happens. The sound comes to a rather jarring repeat of a snippet of audio. Then the screen is painted blue, and the inevitable sad face shows up, the workstations have "crashed". Then after the crash, it starts up again like nothing happened. Someone pulls up PowerPoint, and writes on the title:
"Here are some ads while we try to fix this :D"
The ads play out, and the episode resumes.
