AHHH TFVMGEDFGHJNBV-why can't i sleep!! i want to sleep but i can't, I've been trying to sleep for the past hours. i'm just stuck staring at my wall trying to sleep but that clearly didn't work TT i have school in a couple hours this sucks. well pog through the pain ig lols

But!! if it maybe helps, I usually do some meditation or something similar like that, like just focusing on breathing and trying to get into a calm rhythm, and then imagine an empty beach where all of your thoughts and whatever you're nervous/stressed about right now gets washed away by the waves, until finally your head is empty, you've forgotten about all about what's going on in life and drift into a happy and careless sleep~~
