Ok so- basically- I'm still learning how to use CSS and I used some help to make this theme for my page!
I used a theme from sophiezhng in github.com at first, and then I figured out slowly how to change the background and etc. But the whole structure of the CSS was all made by her! So imma shout out to her because she must have taken a lot of time to make a myspace theme.

I'm using this website called w3schools to learn CSS, it's really helpful and a lot of people in Windows 93 are using it too: https://www.w3schools.com/css/
