last night i made my family a recipe i found online called "japanese purin" i recognize it from pom pom purin and a couple animes so i gave it a go! it was my first time making it and i was so excited! it was really fun to make and it was DELICIOUS! its like flan, but better! i forgot we had a steamer so i had to go online and look up an improvised one, it worked well! just means the cooking time took about 10 minutes longer. i def wanna use my mom's steamer next time i make it because my the purins didn't lay flat when steaming and that caused the homemade caramel to mostly stay hard (as opposed to melting on the top, i got some caramel tho!!). i'm not excited about cleaning the caramel off of my ramekins and pot, but it was worth it!!!

i burnt my tongue on some ramen i made. im gluten free (idk if i have celiac's disease or not but gluten gives me stomach ache :-() so i have to use rice noodles, however the flavor packets aren't as good as the wheat ones. but i found a really good broth recipe i made! it's soooo good but i burnt my tongue trying to eat it. i wanna learn how to make choco cornets (from lucky star) if any of you know of a recipe that can be used with gluten free flour, don't be shy to dm me!
