f my parents

hi guys! sooo idk if you know but my parents suck. my mother was @busive and my dad just let her do it. my dad never wanted to be helpful and only did what was right for my mom. flash forward to October 2020 and my mom wasn't allowed to see us anymore after CPS found out about her. now suddenly my dad gives a sh!t about me. now he wants to know what i'm doing online, how i feel, ect, ect. but here's the thing, i know how to parent myself because all those years i had to figure it out. so i don't need him to parent me, i just need him to stand to the side and go to work and continue to stand by like he did for 11 years because i don't want his help or need it.
