Probably you may know this word from the stickers/manga "menhera-chan" , but the start of this is thank to a manga web series "menhera-chan" by Ezaki Bisuko, where you will follow the story where her super power are generete by the cut she do with a cutter and she will eventually transform into a herione. Anyway, i have no idea why or when this type of personality become a "good" thing when it doesn't? I really wanna think how it's started and the first persone probabily went like: "oh shit, that girl how appearse to be so cute, but is the opposite once you know them better is even cuter" like what no sense is that.
And i don't hate those type of girl, and can be boy as well a menhera, becaouse i'm one of them. I don't really like people how romanticize and sexuallyze them like some sort of doll.
