SRRY FOR THE RANT i just wanted to kinda vent my problems somewhere cause it has been building up for a while :')

literally tho it makes me so upset like i'm a rlly extroverted person and love talking to people and just being around and being close to people but because of stupid anxiety i won't let myself/distance myself because i start telling myself things that aren't even true,,,
or i won't even allow myself to talk to others irl because i automatically assume they're gonna hate me like why why do i have to do this
and then its just awkward and embarrassing because i'm known as quiet and shy but then when i get comfortable people will judge for that as well and it doesn't help that everyone knows i have anxiety issues because of accommodations
i'm so glad the internet is a thing or else i would be extremely lonely-
