Is water technically hydrophobic or does it just stick to itself? is water actually sticky but it gets scared by touch and the only touch it likes is the touch of a cat so that's why cats don't like water, cuz its sticky? I mean theres tons of videos of ppl sticking things onto cats they obviously hate it- "but what abt the cats that like water?" true I mean yea some people like sticky things, or certain sticky things- ik I do- JSDJBNCKAL ok bye
