CSS help

Okay so like

Anyway. Hi! I'm Alex! I'm trying to make my page as accessible as possible without taking much away from my theme. I feel like a good way to do this would be to have some custom CSS! I would really appreciate any and all help with CSS and I'd be super happy if people could share templates with me! ^w^
