Globalink: the translation company

So, I have been knowing this for a while and now I think it's time to share to the world. By what I have gathered, Globalink was a corporation that used to make translation software in 1998 and apparently shutted down in 2005. You can see what their website looked like here on the Wayback Machine. I discovered them by finding files of their software just laying on the laptop my stepdad gave me. There are versions of one of their software called Power Translator on Youtube but there weren't any for WT 32p, a Netscape Navigator translator which I uploaded to archive.org as well. The thing is that the .exe doesn't work because the dlls arent available and I can't upload them because I wiped my hard drive to install Linux. Whoops. If anyone knows what communities should I contact to help me with please let me know.

PS: The domain they used seemed to have been used as some sort of medical assisting website temporarily. Now trying to access the domain gives an SQL error.

Why I hate Google Meet.

Now, you may have a different opinion, so drop it on the comments if you disagree with what I'm about to write and why. I hate Google Meet because it's way too needy, and my laptop isn't very good and because of that Google Meet lags(not the video, the UI). Discord runs perfectly on my computer and it doesn't lag, but this horrible software coded by a piece of burnt toast lags a lot, even when barely anything is going on. Another reason I hate Google Meet it's because there is no reason it should be needy because it's the most cookie cutter video call tool ever with no special features whatsoever. They claim to be so professional with their generic non-creative UI that shows all the participants at once, but even the data digger Zoom is better. The only thing remarkably interesting, which is very minor, is the "participate with phone" button where Google Meet calls you and then you pick up and you can participate with sound via your phone's microphone. While interesting, that feature is very specific and rather useless, because if you have a phone available, why not install Google Meet on it? Actually, don't, your phone doesn't deserve have Google Meet installed on it.

Edit: I just found out that Google lies about Google Meet by saying it uses less resources and has more features than Zoom. I truly hate Google Meet.
