put this in your css, and edit the brackets

background-image: url(add a url here);
background-size: 69%;
background-attachment:fixed;
font-family: "Monaco"(choose a font);
}
put the url in the brackets, and remove the rest of them

body {
color: white;
background-color: #869df0;
background-image: url(https:example);
background-size: 69%;
background-attachment:fixed;
font-family: "Monaco";
}
