not wanting to have conversation, am i

i thought of that title then cringed over how tumblr like it reads. if i stumbled upon a title like that i would certainly roll my eye before reading the post but i cant find anything else to title it.

lately i've been going through a social burnout which usually happens after winter but this time its more socially... my friends message me and i dont feel like replying like it actually causes me to have a headache even looking at the notif which makes me feel sad bc i dont hate my friends, i just no longer have the energy in me to reply so i play it off as a joke and they laugh but i feel like it still bothers them. i feel even more guilty when i reply and they answer immediately....
