I need help besties!!!!!

I need hair tips, my hair is really curly and when I try to straighten it it never stays fully straight. Can someone help me with that? I put my straightener at 190º C/374ºF and it also damages my hair a lot,so if you give me advice with hair care I'd accept it too!!
When I get some advices I'll create another blog and put them all together :D
