I need some help...

Does anyone know how to customize their profile? I have no idea and I'm honestly pretty stumped... Everything was pretty straightforward till I got to this point.
Some people have custom backgrounds, cursors, and even text and I really wanna learn how to do that. Help would really be appreciated... Thank you <3
