this is kinda mundane for some but i got therapy! i was always able to get it if i really wanted it but i always felt things like "you dont need it" "theres nothing to fix about you" youre taking therapy away from people who need it more" "its too expensive and youre doing ok already" "you have enough p"ity" im glad i could overcome that type of stuff. i hope that finally biting the bullet to get therapy helps me be a better person. i wanna start hanging things. its been a long time since i sat down and meditated. i think ill do that first.
