Interna Irrupción (sculpture)

In 2019 I made one of my most recent sculptures. The name of this three-dimensional object is “Interna Irrupción” (Internal Irruption).

And with regard to the title and my interpretation, I wanted to address it on the side of how the internal of one can break us and break the person abruptly and violently, showing the different internal and external realities of one. I put there those fragments (signaling) as part of our mind, and the screens as the projectors of those thoughts and / or memories that influence and end up characterizing one as the person he is, showing the air of the object (signaling) as the void that remains as a result of that fading that occurs as a consequence.

And also as the absorption of the same environment today, playing with the cold aesthetics of wires and technological objects to conclude in a transformation of the person himself.
