how do i cut my wrist without dying idk i just don't wanna die yet lol
my counsellor says i can self harm as long as its safe so yeah

Chyeanne.Lee  | 1611319305000 holy shit no, ok so get some hairbands and put it around your wrist. if you ever feel like self harming just pull them and slap your wrist a bit instead of cutting- my therapist told me that but idk if it would help that much, sorry oof. |
