Illumi & Hisoka's marriage
I've seen a lot of discourse on this topic, so I just wanted to explain the Japanese translation :)
first off, the translation is not wrong

(literal trans) Illumi says: "Hisoka made himself a target. The "prenuptial" is if he dies, I get the reward"
It seems like the word prenuptial is used to represent the contract the two have... However, this is not something to brush off. Togashi used this word to signify that the two have a relationship similar to marriage. The two are both extremely queer coded, so it makes even less sense to deny that the two have a marital engagement.
All in all, It's pretty obvious that the line is meant to signify that Illumi and Hisoka are in a relationship. (imo)
