My CCs broke :(

when i tried to update my profile, all of my ccs got deleted for some reason, i went to edit my profile again, but all i see is an empty space in the cc box.i remembered that i saved my ccs so i pasted them in the box. when i clicked the update button my ccs got deleted again, can anybody tell my what happend?
